Shipping starts with the right timing question

The first distinction is whether you are asking about pre-order timing or about an order that already shipped. Once an order reaches the fulfillment center, delivery is typically about 3 to 7 business days depending on carrier and location.

Address changes

If the order has not shipped, support can usually help update the address after careful confirmation. If it has shipped already, the team can try available carrier options, but no reroute should be promised.

Returns and cancellation

Cancellation and refund handling depends on whether the order is a reservation or lock, or a fully paid order. When in doubt, support should guide the customer to the current policy and escalate when exceptions are required.
