We work to keep product descriptions, availability, pricing, and timelines accurate. Product details and estimated delivery timing may change as products move through development and production. An order is not complete until Shopify confirms checkout and payment.
Founder Allocation
The Founder Allocation indicates the number of units currently available within a limited order campaign. Planned allocation changes and verified purchases reduce the displayed number. Cancelled or refunded units may return to the allocation.
Orders, shipping, returns, and warranties
Checkout, payment, taxes, and order confirmation are handled through Shopify. Current shipping, return, refund, and warranty terms displayed during purchase or on our Shipping & Returns page apply to your order.
Intellectual property
The website, product designs, text, images, videos, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Santa Studios LLC and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms as the website and services change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date.
